1SWAPS & EXCHANGES: Limit one swap per season ticket. Swaps must be completed 10 days before the first season show. Exchanges must be made at least 24 hours in advance of the show and are subject to availability. Some restrictions may apply. No refunds if you swap/exchange into a less expensive performance or section. The difference in price must be paid if swapping/exchanging into a higher priced performance or seating location. Tickets are subject to additional fees. A $2 fee per ticket applies for all swap/exchange transactions.

Join the Premiere Club for pre-show dining in a members-only private lounge at the BJCC Concert Hall. You’ll enjoy a variety of delicious appetizers and a complimentary bar with house spirits, beer, wine and soda beginning one hour prior to the performance. At intermission, come back to the Premiere Club Lounge to enjoy the complimentary bar service.
